Cm: No, not at all. In fact, I have a story about not practicing good self-management and mental health practices. They are trying to do better in this version. And that’s where my story begins. This is chasing ideas. You don’t need money for money. But we are chasing the idea of whether we can make it a sustainable business. The idea is that we can continue to grow and be relevant in the market. And all you know is David. The cost is very high. Especially when you start doing something. The beginning is the most difficult part. Because you have to start doing something. All these programmes are in place. Also, when I started, I had a theme in my early 30s. Well, now I’m 44. And I’m like, I can’t wake up until 2 a.m. I’m trying to get out of the door again. Just like I’m ready to go to bed at 10, things have just changed. There are two children at home. And you know, I can’t work like he used to. So, yes, the really short answer is, because I learned a hard lesson, so I didn’t practice this because I wanted to talk about it. The

Cm: entrepreneurship is one of the most difficult jobs. I know. Obviously, you know there are high-pressure and high-risk jobs, but entrepreneurship is not for everyone. With him, most people can be fine. Most of the false ness that is vague and wandering in the fog, especially when starting a business. Most of us have no golden Midas tentacles, and everything has become gold. We should work quite hard. Therefore, as an entrepreneur, many of my friends have listened to stories for many years and my own stories. And it’s just, we, we tend to think that you know we’re beginners. We depend on all kinds of shoulders. I call it superhero syndrome. We think the term strong individualist is entrepreneur. We reject norms and trends and only see what we can see now.
I am used to being small. And I often say that my parents are neither entrepreneurs nor entrepreneurs. They don’t know what I did. They often think that it only runs on the computer. My mother has worked for me for about 6 years, but she doesn’t really know all the pressure she will eventually bear. Can I get paid this week? And that’s not how I treated the first version. I always pay attention to mental health and think about mental health, but I don’t know how difficult it is to be lonely after this performance. And, David, I can’t help eliminating that. Now I travel alone, get divorced, experience depression, many times in the past few years. There are three C’s. I can’t walk without you. And that’s a consultant. So I see counselors. Now every two weeks, every three weeks, our cadence is better. So as a coach, I have a one second consultant. I am the coach who meets at 10:00 and 9:00 every week. Tuesday central time is time. There will be a coach meeting this morning. The third is Comrade. They know what it is like to be an entrepreneur. Now, as I said, my parents don’t understand it. Although I don’t know what the pressure is like, other entrepreneurs know that I spent several years talking with hundreds of entrepreneurs. Just like the same problem with different names, it’s really fast and easy to be called a consultant. It’s important for everything we do now. Coach, an entrepreneur group with the same or similar mission and the same or similar values as my comrades, I would not leave home without these three things. Don’t do the hard work of entrepreneurship done by the three. Male DV: so it may sound like one of the mistakes. Over time, it developed ideas. I found that there might be a difference between the way I managed my business and the way I managed my own kind of selfie, so I landed. Under the concept of consultants guiding colleagues, in order to work as part of becoming an entrepreneur, maybe that is one of your early mistakes. It used to be like saying that a stubborn individualist like superhero syndrome should take the responsibility to run my business. Yes, I wore this badge of honor like everyone else. Then I use them as armor to defend against fatigue and defend against the time spent for myself. Did you find that too? I know we talked about how you started a business and were an entrepreneur. And, as David knows, you quickly understand some modeling. I know the way David does this is relevant. If everything is up to me, I feel special. I think it’s necessary. It doesn’t always affect our health, and it doesn’t really affect our mental health. When we want to go, we want to go on holiday, but everything is a bottleneck. You know, and you said it was definitely derived from me lying on your own wrong mountain of pain. I lost the election. There is no infrastructure to support the support system as we all know. Because he is my first partner, I must always say that he is my spouse. I got married by chance. She knew that my wife was indeed my first and most necessary partner. But all the support systems I know must be built around to protect me. Dv: I like the analogy itself. I think business
I think there should be a familiar first round therapist who can call, get up and get up when something happens. Dv: very good. This is excellent advice on concepts such as constant effort. My job is ultimately to support them to do better than I do. And this is a huge change for me. As you know, I am not a lecturer, but I realize that I am doing something wrong. I am really a coach supporter. And my goal is to make my ass cool no matter what they are doing. Not the opposite. It’s part of your story, too. It’s interesting. We will go deeper. Dv: you have undertaken projects you should not undertake in terms of mental health, so you may do more than usual. When we are with our family, most of them are sleeping time. So, I see that our team is not just colleagues. I want to like them. I want to spend time with them. I think he can become a very isolated figure in society like Mr. Lugi. This is one of the harmful effects that I have always considered. As you know, like the people I work with, it is the most difficult thing to leave the team, which is really important to me. This is not a job. It should be people. Let me know that I can’t see them every day, or you can’t touch them every day. They are friends. And when I left the team, my identity was covered too much, so it was a very tired part when I left. However, for the exclusive character, if we only focus on interests, we will eventually become a bulldozer in this part of the relationship. And that’s a big deal. In addition, in the long run, this is not the best decision. Everything will affect you. I think finance accounts for a large part of mental health. You always worry about money.
