Both options were ignored and partially rejected because we are still leaving Tesla, and Tesla is the cash cow of the new startups we are established.

But after calculating and evaluating market risks and the final exhaustion of the team, we decided to sell it and focus on another company. This is also possible, because customers are very interested, and to some extent, they are the driving force of this merger. We thanked this.

Marcel Sobesky:

You must know that the previous or future business was not from the team inside the team. The brainstorming meeting is not when drinking. We maintain transparency with our customers, do not conceal things or try to leave a deep impression to achieve certain goals. They felt it. This gives them a sense of comfort with us. Marcel Sobesky:

For me, there is no commonly applicable rule. This depends on every company, motivation, and leader. For example, as far as I personally, the most important thing is not the business philosophy itself, but the team. This is already cliché, but I believe me -the team is very important and may be the most important unit. During the project, sometimes I couldn’t describe my thoughts clearly, but my team understood what I meant, and sometimes it was better to implement it than my own suggestions. Many times, I get their support and completion.

All modern managers today praise their team, but I am not sure how many of them are sincere. My guess is that once you get some results alone or with it, you will think this is a reliable statement. The rest can be done by the team -research, due diligence, development, commercial development, marketing, everything.

Marcel Sobesky: Good question. I really want to read a good answer myself. We all saw very dynamic changes and trends in the marketing field. The two -year application strategy may not work today. With the interaction of all meetings and workplace, how can your usual work collaboration mode change?

Marcel Sobesky:

Anyone who knows me knows that I don’t like too much virtual virtual The meeting was at least in the past. I really like to be with people, real meetings. It is difficult for me to adapt when all this changes in 2020. But I can tell you, now I really like it. Work becomes more efficient in communication. Yes, we still need to meet from time to time -the virtual meeting will not cancel face -to -face meetings -but the situation is much better, I like this.

What does \”a good day at work\” mean for you?

Marcel Sobesky:

Good question! I can say I like work. This may be because I love what I do. It cannot be considered as a workaholic. It is normal to solve specific problems or plans to solve specific problems or plans in the middle of the night.

In addition to modern application applications, I am a fan of paper laptops, pens and color marks. Marcel Sobesky:

Don’t consider the universe or constellation in my current interpersonal relationship or activity. But from a scientific perspective, not naive, it makes sense. If you practice something systematically, you are either successful or realized that it is not yours -it is also great.

Marcel Sobesky:

I think I have no specific ideas or mission in my business in my business Essence What really drives me is the result.
