Almost all of them are voluntary. Sabina and rodica are members of the organization team. Generally speaking, everyone has a lot of opportunities to learn new things, meet people who usually only work remotely, and make new friends. In this sense, this is a valuable experience for everyone, but from the perspective of the company, not all people’s time may be used in an optimal way. Don’t get me wrong.
