Management technology: business management, financial management, human resources management, project management, etc. This is essential if you want to gain experience as a self-employed or freelancer. However, you can learn many of them, and you will soon see whether you can do so, but personality may be more important than technology. Interpersonal skills: are you kind to people? To appease dissatisfied customers? Manage and motivate employees? Own project collaboration? Persuade people to buy or agree to what? To avoid this, do you like to sit behind the office website? Identify what you do best: if you find a job where you can be in that situation, your experience will flourish. With money, you can live in a place you like, and your family and \/ or partners can get together without complaint. In the real world, your situation will be a factor to consider when planning your experience. Please consider the following: People: do you want or need to work in the same place with other people (partners, friends, family)? Can they move? Can you be as free as a bird and work anywhere you want? Or are there friends or extended families who don’t want to go away? Are there people around you who support you and help you experience? It may be useful for people close to you to talk about this. They may not feel as you expect. Location: do you like where you live? Would you rather move? Or where can you live happily? Do you like living in a big city, suburb or even more rural? Is it painful to move to another country? Money: in the process of starting a new experience or career, can you make time for education or financial attack? Do you have the capital you need to start a business? At the same time, continue to work in the current position
Can you do it? That’s what I did. I also had a job in the first year of the company. Otherwise, you will not be able to pay your bills and invest in new projects. If career change means financial blow, please consider how to manage it. Lower costs? Move to a cheaper apartment? Smaller cities? Again, create a few comments. And don’t assume you know the answer. People around you may be more flexible than expected and can find ways to earn or save cash for career changes. Your character finally brought us to you. It’s important to think about what suits your personality and make you satisfied. Think about what makes you happiest at work? Working in a team? Invent something new? Do you want to create the product? Sales? Or find time to work alone and deal with things? Make sure you feel most comfortable and efficient. For example, few people are always alone or need to be with others. I am like many writers and developers. I work well alone. But I thought it would be crazy to work in a vacuum, so I found the opportunity to work with others. Operate the local WordPress group and become a member of the writers group. Create more comments. Now review what you have done and review the description of your goals, priorities, and career options that are appropriate and available to you. What should I learn? Where should I live? Do you need to talk to people around you? Should I save some money? Identify the changes required for success. Career planning now, you spend time reviewing yourself to identify what motivates you and what works well. It’s time to turn it into a career plan. But that’s it. Before making a useful plan, you should learn more about the options available. This will help determine if you really want to follow your dream career. It can also help you understand what you should do to succeed in this career, or at least what you should do to start it. The following four parts of this series will begin here. For example, you may want to specialize in SEO, but you need to consider whether you are a freelancer, an agent, or an employer. Therefore, it will be helpful to read all parts of this series. Don’t stop learning. After reviewing these four experience areas, we will return to your experience plan. I will spend time sorting out what I have learned about a particular profession and what I have done today, and make plans that I can follow. With the passage of time and the inevitable change of circumstances, you will adapt. We will also learn about continuous development and determine how to continue to develop technology while pursuing new experiences. The excellent WordPress experience starts from the plan.
