Not long ago, I posted a post about the WordPress booking plug-in, and more specifically, how to build the EDD bookings plug-in version 3.0. We are a team of 1 project manager and 2 PHP developers, so in this post, we will discuss another aspect of the project, that is, hiring freelance designers and developers for specific jobs. Let’s look at the steps we have taken, the difficulties we face, and the results we have achieved (so far). First of all, our team is small and decisive. All the planning phases mentioned above were completed by three people. During the weeks of the planning phase, we realized that both ui\/ux design experts and skilled JS developers were needed. JS is the basic framework we chose in our research, so it is best to have experience. Although it is not the easiest method, it will become a team player who wants to perform tasks in the right way. We searched Google carefully and talked with friends and other experts inside and outside the WordPress space to find the best market or other websites \/ groups to hire these individuals. Many market places or freelancers exceeded our budget, so we started searching for upwork (formerly known as odesk). The
Upward is a market for all freelancers and agents, from web developers to accountants. In addition, we have upgraded ourselves on social media and achieved some good results. Searching for freelancers online in the process we use is not familiar to me. Some consultations were conducted with experienced people and the following steps were taken. This is how most interactions break. We will send invitations to freelancers to view our employment opportunities, or find recruitment announcements through various media we use, and they will contact us directly. In order to understand his brief history and technology, we had a simple chat or e-mail exchange. If we were satisfied with what we saw, we had a video call with the chief developer and the candidate. Based on how the dialogue went on, we had further discussions to determine whether that person was unsuitable or a candidate suitable for their current position. If people are found who can work together and have the required skills, they will be hired as the basis of the project (the time period specified to complete a specific set of work). Ui\/ux designer this will be our important employment. User experience is the core element of all products. We know that we have made great mistakes in the past. We need someone to guide us in the right direction. Search for Google suggestions, from twitter and Facebook to upwork and friends, has begun to be widespread. Social media has not proved to be very useful. Friends’ suggestions tend to be biased in one way or another. We know that it is not easy to waste time completely to distinguish the advantages from the disadvantages. The
Upwork’s first experience upwork is suitable for many professions, including ui\/ux designers. I can find all kinds of experts, students and people who are interested in me. Considering the technology listed in the configuration file, most designers’ prices are appropriate. In most cases, prices range from $25 to $50 per hour. We only talked to a few people until we found a good candidate worthy of video chat. When you hit it and talked about it for nearly an hour, you knew it was a good candidate

Aleksandr, the founder of coding ninjas, introduced their system to us and contacted one of the JS developers. They thought that he would meet our needs. He is right. Since then, we are Vue. I started hiring refat, an experienced JS developer for JS and WordPress. Aleksandr participates in video chat and does his best to help us introduce their services. Compared with the quantity, the small team focusing on quality is indeed one of their advantages. The experience of finding developers in coding ninjas is considered to be a thousand times easier and more enjoyable than that in upwork. Aleksandr and the entire team of coding ninjas wish good luck in the growth of the service. I am sure that in the near future, we will evolve into a trustworthy new market, serving the best developers. Other free market plays we know can be seen in other places, such as toptal. From high rates to inadequate quality of developers, there are many reasons why they are not used. That doesn’t mean they won’t fit your needs. They did not satisfy us in this particular project. I have something more expensive for two cents If you are looking for long-term employment, you should consider these options only if you have a large budget. This is a costly investment, but it is worth it if there is surplus. If you need to increase your budget to use these services, please choose cheaper services. The price of coding ninjas and other products is less than half, and they still provide excellent quality. If you are looking for short-term employment, please say that a few hours are for a very important thing. It’s usually a small project that comes back later to torture you, so it’s best to implement it correctly at the beginning. Your best choice is to know that you will pay more but get quality service. What is the next step in the EDD program? I explained our planning process and introduced you to our recruitment process. It tells about seven months of our time. We are now in a full development mode, and our goal is to launch EDD bookings version 3.0 by the last quarter of 2017. Our design is ready and our developers are working hard. I am spending several hours importing the plug-in to the location where it is needed.
