Wpforms 1.6.8 has just been released, and I am proud to announce that this is a very interesting update. The form builder has been completely updated and hundreds of new form templates have been added. Our team has made great efforts on this update and sincerely believes that re instrumenting the builder is 100% valuable (especially if it is easier to operate small business websites). There are many things you like about the new form builder, so please jump directly to the new features of the wpforms plug-in. The refreshed form builder now has a cleaner, optimized look and feel inside the form builder.
We have provided you with familiar and favorite visual editors, which have been improved and remade. Now, it’s easier than ever to find everything that makes drag and drop builders great. The plug-in has been launched for five years and has undergone some major changes, but I think it’s time to refresh the form builder itself. We want to be consistent in the way we work and look, so as to simplify the experience of the whole plug-in. Previously, toggle switches were used in some places and check boxes were used in others. We also found that we used multiple versions of toggle switches with arbitrary colors. Because we want the experience of using plug-ins to be smooth and intuitive, we have configured and sorted all controls, styles and colors in the whole form builder.
A great cause is not a small one. All parts of the UI have been evaluated and improved accordingly. We have been working hard and hope that it can help us easily take the form to a new level. We have improved the performance of the form builder on a daily basis and with larger, more powerful forms. This way, no matter how you use the form, everyone can get the benefits of this adjustment. On all screens, some noteworthy additional things brought about by the form builder refresh included in this large-scale optimization include: Simplified field options we decided to make it easier to find and use functions that work well in the compiler. You can move these popular settings to a dedicated tab to view and access them.
General tab: the default fields are now set on this default tab and are not too complex. Advanced Settings tab: in this new tab, you can quickly and easily access the settings of specific fields. Smart logic tab: conditional logic now has its own tab in the field Options tab. The form preview button can also add a beautiful preview button to the form builder to see how the form looks when it is created. There is no surprise in doing so. You can gain more control in the experience of filling out the form. You must include the page before previewing. But now we can take a little peek at the food and know exactly what’s happening. If you click the preview button, the form will be displayed in its current state even if a new window has been started and is being edited.
I think you’ll like the new refresh feature of this table generator. More adjustments and additions can be found around the form builder. Many parts of the new table generator have been moved and changed, but they are better methods. Because I know that as a small business, you can do more when you can manage website forms more easily, faster and easier. This is why we are committed to making the new form builder right.
