Yes. After all, it is a game. We have gained a lot of happiness from the whole experience and created an unforgettable memory. We are sure that we will continue to laugh in the future. But it wasn’t just afternoon fun. We have become a stronger team. Although I am not part of the game, the whole activity of real-time twitter forces me to participate and share everyone’s experience. I can’t just sit and watch passively, because I need to know what happened to its twitter. This means that we can replicate our team building experience in all businesses even if some members are unwilling to participate. They are still part of the team building movement, but they can also become part of the activity in a more comfortable way. We also enjoyed many other group activities, such as going to the amusement park. Pratt in Vienna, where we sat a lot of amusement facilities, including gaokat. They were very interesting and we shared a lot of smiles. Just like the day we played paintball, we opened our hearts to the rest of the team. Simple things such as what amusement facilities we want to play, what amusement facilities we want to avoid, and sharing reasons also help us better understand each other. Lunch and dinner, shopping, travel and many other things are also done together. He also lives in a large apartment booked with airbnb and spends a lot of time together when it needs to be shut down. Wpmu dev has an excellent recruitment process, so they are not tired of each other. Although they were introverts, they had a good time together. All the ideas and thoughts we share with each other help us to know and understand each other better. I was sad to leave my colleagues in Vienna and wpmu dev behind, but our team building helped us leave with a new sense of purpose and enthusiasm for work and WordPress.
